New Website build using existing template & Photoshop (or other) instructions so I may update own website

I now have my new logo, thanks to a PPH designer! Now, the next stage...

Please see my existing website www.pinksaucersolutions.com (built by a friend for free but in a format which doesn\'t allow me to update it myself). My new company name is Pink Saucer Virtual Assistant and the new website will be www.pinksaucer-va.com.

I will need the following to be included in your bid:-

- Using my new template and Photoshop (I have a copy of this but I don\'t know how to use it!) input my info and colourways (I have ideas, I know pretty much what I\'d like it to look like although I\'m open to ideas).
- I will need simple step-by-step written instructions which should show me how to update the pages myself as and when I wish with both graphics and text (although I\'m likely only to update text).
- I will need simple step-by-step written instructions on how to upload the new website to my hosting site.
- Please specify how many pages your bid includes
- Please confirm your bid includes an interactive \'Contact Us\' page
- My style - I\'m not looking for anything whizzy, just clean, fresh, simple and professional. I can direct you to example websites I like if this helps.
- Within your bid, please be very specific about what IS NOT included in your fee.
- Within your bid, please be very clear about how much communication and methods of communication used to design the website.

Please also send me a link to your website so I can see example websites you have created.
