New website

I need a new website building for a new recruitment brand launching next week. I have all the content, colours and rough designs but would like someone to build it for me and improve upon a design I have sketched out today on Looka. We need candidates to be able to send us their CV, but essentially it's quite straight forward. The 'Live Jobs' page is from our CRM package so just needs to be pasted into the website - we are restricted with the design of this but everything else is flexible.
