Experience Level: Expert
Having been let down by someone claiming to be an "expert" I am posting this project again.

A new company and website is needed quickly. Domain and WordPress is held with Go Daddy which is where it will stay. The format of the homepage will be corporate, meaning if you can`t show any corporate websites in your portfolio please don`t apply.

All of the content is ready and can be sent upon instruction of the project, if your showing less than 95 please don`t apply. I am on a very tight fixed budget so please don`t reply with a higher value.
The homepage must show real design flair which must be shown in your portfolio - no portfolio please do not reply.
We will add a 3rd party link at a later near completion, if you cannot do this please say so. I can source that later.
Due to recent bad experiance the payment will be 1/3 on instruction 2/3 on completion only.

    It would also help to make a formal proposal with recommendations, timelines and costs if you expand on the requirements, for example the services to be offered, the products and number of products, the link for payment goes to an external source or still using WooCommerce, assume you have a domain and WordPress installed so sharing that will help immensely, it is always a bit more challenging if picking up on an earlier attempt so helpful to assess.

    Finally, can you clarify what you mean by '95'?
    Is this the minimum number projects completed OR standing in the category?
    If it is, you'll be excluding an amazing number of fantastic expert freelancers.
