New Client Website - Design

We are looking for a designer to create designs for a new client site - the client is a locksmith operating in 3 markets.

our design requirement is 2 stages - the first, we need 2-3 outline homepage concepts that show the client some style options to choose from. Deadline within the week. Once we have that bit agreed, we then have 2-3 weeks to create designs and specify the UX for the full site.
