Need to upgrade my Wordpress site

Hi there,

My web design is really really old, and I'm going to work in a new one, with new content, but I don't have it yet. Same as my design, my Wordpress installation is too old also.

What I need for now is that with an excellent template (I have a license of Avada), you make it looks very similar or exactly the same, but with enchanced functionalities and mobile of new Wordpress version.
