Need to redesign a wordpress website

Need a designer who can redesign a website to a completely new look and feel.
1. The website is 15-20 pages site. No dynamic functionality involved.
2. Will purchase a theme like divi (if required)
3. Everything should be editable through wordpress admin (no hard coding)
4. Will need at least 2-3 design mockups (jpg only) with different layouts and color theme.
5. Timeline should be 7-10 business days.
6. Selected candidate should be open to revisions before we go live.
Will need a proposal in word doc on how the designer will proceed and the deliverables.
