Need Professional UI Visual composites done in PSD

Description of every page: I am working on a website in Joomla for a client, currently finishing off the wireframes and will start designing the visual composites at a later stage.

I have selected a template I would like to adapt from. Now, to speed things up, I would like a UI expert to change these pages back in PSD:

I need a PSD of the web, mobile, and tablet versions. (21 Visual composites, 3 files)

- The layers must be grouped : Header, Left bar, body, footer
- Elements must be consistently identified : btn_xxx, img_xxx, gfk_xxx
- Must be pixel perfect
- Strictly vector, only (except for images etc)
- all effects need to be left unflattened
- The PSD need to be very well organised with colour codes pages
- Needs to use the correct fonts (like I said, pixel perfect)

I will need to see the first page before continuing
