I've several projects and I need an excellent web designer.
Projects require designing graphics , layouts, frames..
I would like to have someone who knows color Theory so an excellent website can be created...
Website should look gorgeous and should be eye catching.

Usually websites are created on wordpress and needs redesigning of wordpress themes.
