Experience Level: Entry

I need a designer that can take my URL (through GoDaddy) and my host (through Wordpress) and code it so it pulls articles making it an aggregation news site. It will automatically pull popular articles from the web. We want it focused on entertainment topics. I also want to be able to post my own stories and have my own staff be able to add stories as well. Need to be able to easily turn off a breaking news banner at the top of the page for breaking news or turn it off. Maybe through a widget? I need this all user friendly.

I also have a podcast and would like the RSS feed integrated so all of the people podcasts will show up.

Design to look like Variety or Deadline.

The budget does not even begin to scratch the surface for what you need. There is so much layout work and feed integration in these site, so budget needs to be significant higher.
