Need a front end design using html5 ,css3 to work with aspx .net server

We need a web designer who can develop a site using html5 , css3 and tools such as media queries, HTML canvas, jquery . Designer must be creative and have an eye for attention to detail.

The media queries should allow the web content to appear accordingly to the different device screensizes. E.g. Mobile devices appearance will differ to desktop.

Ideally a site template should be made, where we can then choose to edit the content ourselves. For example, a template page that allows us to change pictures or wording, or a interface where we can create a page with a fixed template and add content to our requirement. This can be discussed further if instructions are unclear.

The site must work with our aspx .Net back end. We will introduce you to our back end developer before we begin work in order to ensure this can be done.

A developer with google SEO knowledge or XML coding is a plus. Website should have 100% W3C markup validation(no errors).

The search page should have a small animation similar to the one on tfl.gov.uk when you search for a journey. See tfl.gov.uk. A screenshot has been attached. None of the animations should be based on Adobe Flash.
