Subject: Strategic Migration from Wix to WordPress Blocks: Enhanced SEO, Speed & Scalability
Dear ,
I am Hajar Ghannam, Senior Project Coordinator at ALLADDINEXPRESS LTD. We have conducted a preliminary technical audit of your website, lovecandyfloss.com, and we are prepared to manage your transition to a high-performance WordPress Blocks (Gutenberg) environment.
We understand that you are looking for a 'straight copy' that prioritizes page hierarchy and SEO best practices. Moving from the rigid constraints of Wix to the flexibility of WordPress Blocks is a significant step toward site ownership and performance excellence.
Why ALLADDINEXPRESS is the Right Partner for This Migration:
1. Technical Diagnostic & SEO Recovery: Our audit identified several SEO opportunities, such as correcting your H1 hierarchy and implementing missing Alt text for your extensive image library. We will ensure your new site is technically superior from day one.
2. Mobile-First Architecture: We noted that your current Wix site has responsiveness issues on smaller devices. We will rebuild your layout using a mobile-first approach, ensuring a flawless experience for all your visitors.
3. Complex Booking Migration: We specialize in migrating integrated systems like Wix Bookings to powerful WordPress equivalents (e.g., WooCommerce Bookings), giving you more control over your business operations.
4. SEO Integrity: We will implement a comprehensive 301-redirect strategy for your 150+ URLs to ensure that your years of search engine ranking are preserved and enhanced during the move.
Before we finalize the budget, I have a few strategic questions:
- Does your current Wix Bookings system handle live online payments?
- Do you have a preferred WordPress hosting provider, or would you like our recommendation for maximum speed?
- Regarding the 'straight copy,' would you be open to subtle UI/UX modernizations that improve conversion rates while maintaining your brand identity?
As a professional agency, we follow a strict staging-to-production workflow, ensuring zero downtime for your live business.
I look forward to discussing your vision and providing you with a seamless migration experience.
Kind regards,
Hajar Ghannam

Hi,
Before I apply, I just want to clarify a few points to make sure the scope is realistic and aligned with your expectations:
Approximately how many pages are on the current site, including blog posts and product or service pages?
Are you looking for a direct visual copy of the current design, or are you open to improving layout and structure where needed?
Will all content (text, images, media) be provided and ready to transfer, or does it need cleaning and restructuring during the move?
Do you already have WordPress hosting and domain setup in place, or should this be included?
For SEO, are you expecting basic on-page structure (headings, meta, hierarchy) or a more detailed optimisation?
Are there any integrations on the current Wix site (forms, bookings, payments) that need to be replicated?
Do you want this built using native WordPress blocks only, or are you open to lightweight tools if they improve flexibility?
What level of responsiveness and performance improvement are you expecting compared to the current site?
With the £246 budget, would you prefer focusing on core pages first, then expanding, or a full migration within constraints?
Once I understand this, I can outline the most efficient way to move your site while improving structure and keeping it easy for you to manage.
Thanks -

Hi there
There are approx 360 pages here and it would take a long time and a fair bit of money to do this - it requires a total rebuild in my opinion.
