Mobile App Design

Require a design for a mobile app that I am currently building.
The design is related to a healthy food choices.

I will require at least 5 different pages to be designed for layout, user choices, splash screen etc. The application is being built in xamarin forms.

I will be able to give more information to the chosen candidate. If you could provide designs you have done for existing mobile applications that would be great.
