Menu design for WIX website

I've designed a simple website to enable us to record a 3.5 month journey we're doing in our motorhome. It's just for family and friends to see our progress. Here's the link: https://www.thegreatescape.fun/

You'll see it's a single page design. We want to update the site on a weekly basis, so If I keep adding to it, it'll become ridiculously long!

So, what I'd like help with is finding someone who can design a user-friendly dropdown menu which will have a 'view all' option for those who want to read the blog from week one... plus a drop down menu that categorizes the updates week by week, so that viewers can pick individual weeks that they may not have seen.
We need to ensure a seamless experience and I'll need clear instructions so I can effortlessly manage the future updates myself.
The site will only ever feature text and photos.
I am not making money from the site and only producing it in my retirement for fun, so I'm not looking to pay 'commercial rates' for this. Please provide examples of similar sites with menus that I'm describing, plus your best cost for carrying out the work. I need this completing within the next 3 days.
