Mailchimp HTML newlsetter

Design details: We are looking for someone to design an internal newsletter/ company update which can be added to Mailchimp and sent through our own account. Start date by the end of the week/beginning of next week.

Requirements:

-Send three initial design concepts to choose from
-Content is supplied in a word document with some images
- Designer should be creative with the design and also confident with copy in case some text needs adding to make it flow better
- Use stock images where needed
-Convert text into charts etc to make content more engaging and interesting for our employees
