Magento set up

I am setting up a new magento site. I need a simple site that shows products. I need a 20 product csv file set up so I can import correctly and I need it to match the file I send you.

I don't need you to set up the about us pages or shipping or anything else, just a basic theme and set up the product import file correctly so I can them move other products to it and import it. Right now it shows a lot of errors when I try to upload a file with products.

I have the Image URLs too, I don't want to have to save each image and them upload it, I need it to pull from the url in the file.
