We have 3 arcades in Lancashire and are looking for a webpage to link through from QR codes scanned in the arcades. So the idea is that in each of the 3 arcade we have huge QR code printed and suspended from the ceilings. These obviously lead to a Webpage nsg-rewards.co.uk which we have purchased already. On this page(s) will be a reward dispensing animation. Maybe a slot machine, a pin wheel, scratch card or animated teddy bear crane, whatever is easiest technically. This will have the ability to generate wins for the customers.
As it is a loyalty program we will need it to track devices, maybe using cookies but ideally tracking device IDs. This is important so we can automatically scale the prizes for those who have been categorised by their use and customer profile (that the staff will input when dispensing the wins).
So website with animations, and a database to track the customers and create an appropriate appealing prize.
