Looking to get a banner / section of my home page redesigned

The bit I want redesigned is at the top, between the menu bars and 'recent reviews' - so it's a small section, but i'd love to have it prettier and have it be more in your face about what we do.

I'd love to see some examples of previous work and have a chat before we start working together.
