What is the expected weekly workload for the $300–$350 range. Full-time hours or part-time?
Do you have an existing workflow or team structure in place, or would this role be working more independently?
For front-end development, are you using any specific frameworks or sticking to vanilla PHP/JavaScript?
How important is timezone overlap within EST. Full working day overlap or just a few hours?
What is your process for task management and communication. For example Slack, Jira, Trello?
What does long-term progression look like in terms of responsibilities and rate increases?
