Looking for good wordpress developer/designer

I need someone to help maintain it and work on redesign of some pages as well as being able to provide a professional graphic design service, ideally a one stop shop for everything IT related if possible.

A word of warning first.

I've been using pph for years and noticed the rapid decline in quality freelancers, be warned you are wasting your own time trying all the 'discrete' approaches to extracting cash, if you do this I will refer to the brief and you will not get paid!

So, I'm looking for a long term relationship where in the early stages I just need someone to help get the site/company operating for as minimal cost as possible, as things develop I can provide additional work.

As a trial I'd like some quotations for the cheapest way to get a 3 page website, home, about, contact for a travel website specialising in travel for adults only, so may be slightly adult themed and include moderate references to sex/drugs...generally adult entertainment.

I'm thinking an edited off the shelf theme with lorem ipsum dummy text on all pages that I can edit could be done for £50 or under.
