Looking for an efficient, creative website designer (UK based)

We are looking for a website designer who will use WordPress or SquareSpace for 6-7 pages responsive website who;

- has good ratings at People per hour (sorry but no rating will be declined).
- provides unlimited revisions (sorry but otherwise people makes bad website and demand money).
- ideally has experience in the nightlife/event industry (bars, clubs, restaurants)
- can come up with 2-3 suitable templates which are 'sophisticated and chic design'
- is creative and with a design background so who can come up with suggestions on design etc. (NOT a technical web developer or Shopify style designer)
- can finish work within 2 weeks
- conduct keyword research and optimize web content for search engines
- gives tuition on how to update photos, writings and add pages, and support for a year (I will contact if there is any problem with website)
- help to set up host
- ideally provides suitable free photos for the website
- is a good communicator
- if I don't like design, no reason asked refund should be issued immediately.

Please reply with an example of your 2-3 websites (sophisticated design, not basic-looking ones) and answer the questions below.

We set the price based on suggestions from PPH (It says: 'A budget of £100 is likely to attract TOP CERT experts for Design (Web Design)'). We have low budget so if you are expecting big amount, please do not contact us.
