Looking for a new web design

I want a WordPress web developer who can put those things from my old website into the new WordPress website.
1. Old website background on to new design.
2. Contact form which I have on my old website but need to make sure it should be without any error.
3. Videos from my old onto new design
4. Running picture slideshow
5. Have to shift data from old website onto new one
6. You have to install the template properly on WordPress because some things aren’t working properly.
7. You also have to teach me how can I use WordPress and template.
