Logo, Brand pack, Website and future works

I'm looking for a designer that will professionally design our logo, brand pack and website. I'd like to continue using the same individual for future designs too.

This project is for one company only, however, should I be happy with the work delivered, there are up to 4 other companies that will need the same service done which are all under my control.

The company for this project: A hybrid between a property maintenance company and a construction company that carries out handyman work, gas, electric, plumbing, decorating, roofing, appliance, refurb works, extensions etc.

The website design will need to include a customer log in page where customers can book services through and make payments.

I would prefer a 1-page website that is split into different sections for the main part of the website and then separate pages for the secondary/additional information required.

I will provide content and some imagery as well as videos. However, you will also need to source imagery that we can lawfully use.
