    I can start immediately as you have asked but without knowing what it is you actually want, it's no point putting in a proposal as there's no way to work out any turnaround time.

    Without the design or the URL of the site, freelancers can only make blind bids. Perhaps why it may have gone horribly with your previous purchase and possibly with the bids you have received on this repost.
