Landing Page/s Design- PSD to Wordpress Design

Design details: We are having a new website created.

First we require a special graphic designer to create PSD files for the home page, overall website themes and various landing pages. Split testing will be applied- and therefore key pages require more versions.
(*NB - we only need a programmer at a later stage).

We require a highly creative designer that can create pages out of the content we have created.
The goal of the website is to generate leads (telephone calls and web inquiries).

This project will focus more on the theme of the website
This job will focus more on the home page and website theme.
Then a separate job- or ongoing job can be created for the remainder of the website landing pages.

We would also consider hourlies for the page design, and possibly try more than one designer
to get the theme and overall look that we want.

Pricing will be included on the website of various packages and offers.

Adwords is used to generate all of the traffic.
The competition are other Adwords agencies so the website design has to be top quality, as some of the largest agencies have their own designers.
