Joomla Site from scratch

Build a Joomla-based site, using latest Joomla version. Should look very close to HuffingtonPost.com. Must include the following content areas, with sample data:

- subscribe to newsletter
- blogs/comments (some fake/sample data fine)
- news (some fake/sample data fine)
- ads (some fake/sample data fine)
- photos (some fake/sample data fine)
- video (some fake/sample data fine)
- other/misc - will define soon, but won't be anything major

Some pages in background when links clicked on main page.

More info to come later. I am guessing the basic site can be put up, structured and skinned in 5-10 hours. Pretty vanilla, really. But there could be an add'l 10-15 hours in tweaks, skin changes, etc.

If the scope changes quite a bit midstream, I will be happy to pay extra, at an hourly rate. But I'm going to try hard to keep the scope locked down.
