Joomla 1.5.20 site re-design

I am looking to source an expert on Joomla! to upgrade my website and make it look more professional.

Most of the pages and content are in place but the general site layout and homepage are very poor. I am looking to maybe have a few templates in place that I can possibly alternate between.

I’m not sure what amendments to make, so it would very much be up to you to propose any changes first. I do have a few ideas and will discuss further if required.
I appreciate this might not be a very big job since the site is already built, but I do have another project that I’m looking to start on in the New Year and so the potential for further work is a very real possibility.
