I need the following done by stages:
front page design (domain name already exists)
within front page links to following:
introduction
registration
payment
account statement
forum
link to "info" page 1
Link to "info" page2
link to "info " page 3
email in
email out
terms and ocnditions
partial "freeview" to some content
Must be able to ultimately be automated but for now webmaster will control everything

I DONT NEED search engine optimization
I DONT NEED launching

My site is UNIQUE and has never been done. It will grow but i want to control the growth so i need someone that is willing to be involved longterm but also a site that anyone else can work on should you walk away.

Because of the fact that this does not exist i want to know how much i need to divulge before "going live".
