Job submission site - submit a job and apply for a job

I want a fresh clean user friendly site. The project will require a website, logo design, PPV campaign compatibility and SEO optimisation.


Brief:
Users will register and post a 'task' on the site, people seeking a 'task' will browse 'tasks' posted and can bid for the 'tasks' based on the information given. All users will need a profile and bids and details submitted should be in real time. The site should be self administering in that all submissions should be instant and not managed at the back end by an administrator.

Revenue will be collected from PPV campaigns so experience in this field will also be sought.

The site must be set up so that I can administer it from my end once completed.

The site will be posted on-line as and when it is updated so that I can monitor progress and give direction in real time.
The designer must be contactable and reliable. Payment to be made in stages of completion.

30 day for initial load of project and skeleton of project to go live, snagging and usability issues to be worked out for a further 3 weeks after that.
