Build a Professional IONOS Website for Property & Serviced Accommodation Business
Budget: £70
I am looking for a reliable web designer to build a clean, modern and professional website for my UK property and accommodation company, JadeStone Developments Limited.
I already have my domain name and hosting with IONOS, so I do not require new hosting or a new domain.
The website will combine two related services:
1. Serviced Accommodation / Rent-to-Rent
We work with landlords/property owners and operate suitable properties as serviced accommodation for professionals, contractors, business travellers and other short-stay guests.
2. Accommodation Referral
We connect people looking for short-term accommodation with suitable independent serviced-accommodation hosts/operators.
Website Required
Approximately 5–7 pages:
• Home
• Serviced Accommodation
• Find Accommodation
• Landlords / Property Owners
• Hosts / List Your Accommodation
• About Us
• Contact
Features Required
The website must:
• Be professionally designed and mobile responsive
• Work with my existing IONOS domain/hosting
• Include a contact/enquiry form
• Include an accommodation request form
• Include a host/property registration form
• Include WhatsApp and email contact buttons
• Have clear calls to action such as “Find Accommodation”, “List Your Accommodation” and “I’m a Landlord”
• Include basic on-page SEO
• Be easy for me to edit/update after completion
• Be fully tested before handover
• Be published and live on my existing domain
I will provide the written website content, so I mainly need someone to handle the design, build, forms and setup.
Please do not include additional hosting or domain charges in your proposal, as these are already in place with IONOS.
When Applying
Please tell me:
1. Your total fixed price
2. What is included in the price
3. How long you will take to complete the website
4. Whether you have experience with IONOS
5. Whether I will be able to edit the website myself afterwards
6. Examples of websites you have previously built, preferably property, accommodation or hospitality websites
7. Whether there will be any additional or recurring charges
My initial budget is approximately £100, so please only submit a proposal if you can provide a good-quality functional website within or close to this budget.
I am ready to start as soon as I find the right freelancer.

Hi Joy,
For the accommodation request and host/property registration forms, are you looking for simple enquiry forms that email the submitted details to you, or do you need the submissions to be stored and managed through a dashboard/CMS?
Looking forward to your response.
Best Regards.
