Interactive Website for Gamers

I need a website designed which records the number of points users have obtained after playing a game and respectively ranking them from 1-10...

The points will have to be entered manually by the administrator of the website and once uploaded the website dynamically sorts them to reflect their ranking. Users will have to be registered first before having their details appear on the website.

Since the website will be to promote users and the Games they play, the designer will need to have experience in designing a games website or exposure to something similar in terms of design/images and colourfulness.

An example to look at is www.indiagames.com, however my preference is to have it a lot simpler. This website looks good however the ranking section looks quite confusing.
