Instagram page illustrated design

Hello,

My names Kris and I'm a director of a Small Animal Treats Company in need of a template design we can use for our Instagram. We need a design to be similar to the attached image as we feel this would be good to get a consistent look through our page.

We like the black bits on the design which are shapes of items that relate to the page and we would like things like:

- Rabbit footprints
- Hay
- Carrots
- Treat jar
- Bunny Ears

Things like that.
