Implement changes on landing page (wordpress)

Description of every page: Hi,

We will deliver you one jpg that shows the changes which we would like to have on our landing page.
It’s basically just minor changes, but for us it is important, that the changes are first implemented on a backup page and then moved live.
Thus we want to have the possibility to check the responsive behaviour etc. before setting live.

The jpg includes all changes, but not the right font. The font shall be “sans serif” always. Additionally the vertical position of the green text on the right side maybe has to change if it makes more sense from responsive point of view. The last difference to the jpeg is the bar of icons on the bottom of the image. We would like to scale them down according to screen size too and not simply cut them.
