Implement and customize wordpress theme

Have existing site, theme is buggy and does not integrate with our needs. Want someone extremely familiar with wordpress to implement this theme: http://themeforest.net/item/freely-premium-html5css3-template/full_screen_preview/2284936

with our branding, colors etc.

Want to know if the site is compatible with wish list membership plug in and buddy press.
Also would like to know if there is a limit to the portfolio section -- in other words is there a maximum number of pictures/portfolios that can be put in there

PLEASE provide timeline for this project -- proposals without an estimate of how much time it will take to implements will not be considered.
