I need website footer changed

I need the website footer on my website 'Auronum' to look exactly like the footer in the attached image. This means the same font style, same colours and the same social media icons.

My footer needs to be an exact replica of the image. I am looking to get my whole website rebranded so I need a good designer who can use code as I would prefer whoever takes on this job to complete all work on my website with a view of it being totally rebranded to look like a website that I have found
