I need to enhance (beautify) the look of an existing HTML mobile design.

Kind of design: Mobile website
Description of every page: Work required: Enhancing (beautifying) the HTML (graphics-dimensions, fonts, colour, etc) for a mobile. .

The HTML files have been produced, but needs enhancing and beautifying. You need to have an artistic eye and an eye for details.

I have divided the job into 7 small milestones in order to organize the work and speed up delivery.

Attached please find
1- a PDF file showing all the milestones.
2- a zipped file of the HTML of milestone-1. You will work only on the HTML files (not the PDF file).

This is a fixed price job. Please inform me by return
1- the total - fixed - cost.
2- how many days will it take you to complete the work. And when can you start working.
3- To help me selecting the most suitable person I need you to beautify (enhance) index.html in (found in the zipped file attached).
