I need to convert a one page indesign newsletter to a html email

We have designed a one-page newsletter for a client and we have created it in InDesign and they need it now to be created into a HTML email in OUTLOOK. it has to be visible on macs, pc.s and on phones. I need this project to be completed by end of the day. WE may have some amends after testing to client in case it does not appear properly. see attached pdf in the current format. we are going to post some fonts and backgrounds as images to make this easier as it does not need to be editable
