I need someone who is familiar with Umbraco

I am a franchisee, with control over most elements of my website, but having looked after our website content for some time I need someone to help. I have the desired page layout, which you can see here:

But need someone to replicate this layout in the below existing pages:

https://www.rightathome.co.uk/chippenham/about-us/areas-we-cover/homecare-in-calne/
https://www.rightathome.co.uk/chippenham/about-us/areas-we-cover/homecare-in-chippenham/

The content is already there in the above pages, it just needs editing and putting into the structure that 'Melksham' page is.

I should add, if you have any suggestions as to how Melksham can be better, I would be open to this, and then if accepted we can have this improvement mirrored over the other 4 pages.

I would also like a page added for Devizes & Corsham, again in the same layout as above, but 1 page for each town.

I can provide all info needed, it just needs to look good.
