I need our wordpress website redesigned

We are wanting a complete website redesign for our wordpress website.

Our company is a property company providing short term serviced accommodation in the UK. We want to focus on the higher end of accommodation as we grow and we want our website to encourage guests to book directly through us (using www.uplisting.io channel manager) and to show landlords/agents how we operate. Also need an investor page to encourage investment in our company for return.

The pages I would like is;

The landing main page, we need to look modern showing our serviced accommodation offerings with photos I can provide, integrated with links to uplisting.io - We currently have three live properties, with many more to follow in the coming months so need room to expand and ability to easily add these.

Investors page (link in menu or header) – Content to encourage private investors to invest sums of money in our business for a return on their investment. This will have a contact us with a link to send us an email.

3) https://www.sharphausproperty.co.uk/aboutus

Page designed to show how we take properties and transform them. We cannot show photos of ourselves unfortunately. We will provide before and after photos and content.

We have about 500 words per page that we will provide and have professionally staged photos of the properties that can be used. The website needs to be SEO compatible.
