I need this site transferred to another hosting provider and some tweeks to pages and content.
Ideas for the visual style: Site has a current visual design

The changes are as follows:
On the front cover there is two photos that alternate the one that says event cover I need to change to Emergency Care Courses and add a new picture. (Attached)
However on both of those pictures on the front page they have a MORE INFORMATION tab under them, the First Aid picture should head to the First Aid Page, the second picture I need changing is attached it should head over to the emergency care courses page.
ON THE COURSES PAGE: EMERENGCY CARE COURSES
I need you to create a bright tab to download the FREC course brochure and then attach it, its attached to this document. ( called RMA Training FREC)

I need where it says click here to add the correct document it is attached. (QA QUAL FREC LEVEL 4)
On this page change:
