I need my website updated

I need someone who can update my website with all the relevant content and images from my social media pages - on to the website. This would need to be categorised into the relevant webpages and subpages. This should not take longer than 4/5 hours as it is a copy and paste style job.
I will give you the social media pages (public) to copy and paste images and content from and the webpage developer log ins.
