I NEED HELP WITH A NEW WEBSITE

i need to contact someone who designs websites and is familiar with wordpress and a hosting site called namecheap.com. i have a partially designed site...www.fightersfotos.com...it is a non profit making site to replace a previous site which i unfortunately lost and contains photos collected by myself over a period of 65 years. i need to be able to add a new page to the site and to be able to link photos in a media folder to a particular page.
i have proposed a fee of £55 as it is a nice round number and i really havent a clue how much this job should cost and it is not set in stone.
