I need an online flyer created

I need a flyer created a per the attached one. I have the original charity logos. The original photo is attached.

I would like the resolution of the text to be better than the example. And the resolution of the photos to be as best as they can given the original quality.
Size wise, can I get three sizes, one for a Facebook Event photo, one for sharing on whatsapp that would look good on mobile devices & one that would look good on email.
