I need an experienced website designer to complete my Wordpress website

Description of every page: I am in search of an experienced web designer who can complete our website.
We recently posted a job here on PPH for a web designer but unfortunately had a bad experience as the designer was very impatient and was not skilful enough to complete our website.

I believe it may be more complicated than standard Wordpress themes. However a lot of the design has already been completed but there are many faults and fixes that need to be dealt with ASAP. I will provide a link to our website to designers who send us a proposal so that they can see the work we require in more detail.

Here is a short summary of the main things that need fixing on the website:
1) The portfolio section is not working like it should. Also the images need to be arranged correctly in the correct categories.
2) There is large amount of blank space on each page which we would like to reduce - so that each page content is higher.
3) The website needs to be fully responsive. It mainly already is but our home page image does not resize like it should.
4) We are selling 4 packages on our website - we will need the "ORDER NOW" buttons to be linked to our PayPal.
5) Contact form to be linked to our email
6) Other minor fixes, alignment and slider issues

We have already spent a high amount on this website and are past our budget. Unfortunately our web designer left our website midway and we are urgently in need of it to be completed.

Please send us a proposal if you are able to begin work on the website today/tomorrow and skilful enough to fix our website.
We will also be providing the designer with many similar jobs to this in future.
