I need an email signature created

I need help in creating an email signature that I can use with outlook.

I currently have the signature created for mac mail (see attachment) but am having trouble getting this working on outlook.

I would also need to roll this out across a few staff so would need something that I can edit the code to change name and contact links etc.

Please confirm price and when you would be able to deliver the final work.
