I need a website created

using the website: htproclean.co.uk as a template, I want a website for our window cleaning company that has a higher emphasis on advertising our services to small to medium businesses

However our old website had to much wording, we want the new one to be simple, we especially like the simple sections with "quote for this buttons" on the htproclean site and would like our layout etc to be the same

Please make the price you charge clear! We are looking for someone who will also be able to make changes, add things etc. going forward
