I need a very good UX/UI designer

We’re not just looking for someone to follow a predetermined design direction or implement cosmetic changes. Instead, we want a UX/UI specialist who will thoroughly assess the application’s existing layout, navigation flow, and user journey. This role involves reimagining how users interact with and navigate through the platform, with a focus on ease of use and functionality.

The application is content and functionality-driven rather than being visually complex, so while visual appeal is important, the emphasis is on simplifying navigation, enhancing usability, and creating an intuitive structure for users. This requires a designer who can think critically about the user’s journey and take ownership of the application's layout, adapting it to be both engaging and easy to use without overwhelming design elements.

We’re looking for someone who will:

1. Examine the current product with a fresh perspective, identifying pain points in the user flow and suggesting actionable improvements.

2. Redesign the layout and navigation to create a more user-friendly experience, making it intuitive for first-time users and efficient for returning ones.

3. Propose and implement layout adjustments to ensure a logical and seamless transition between different sections of the application.

4. Refine visual elements like logos, icons, and buttons to improve both functionality and aesthetic appeal, without adding unnecessary complexity.

This role is ideal for a UX/UI designer who can approach the application strategically and isn’t just focused on making it look “pretty” but functional and easy to navigate.
