I need a UI / UX designer for website design project

Description of every page: We are looking for an excellent UI / UX designer to design a website for us in PSD format. We have a brand guidelines document; all logos and sub-logos and all of the website content complete and ready for design. The website will include all of the pages below but to summarise we would like a designer to produce:

1 x Homepage
3 x Industry specific course overview pages (Beauty courses, IT courses etc.)
6 x Funding Information pages (apprenticeships, adult education budget etc.)
3 x Standard pages (About us, Business development etc.)
1 x contact us page
21 x standardised high converting design landing pages (we would like these to be the same style across all landing pages)
