I need a slick design for a one page website

I am looking for a web designer who can create a slick and attractive design for my Right-To-Left Single Page Application that allows users to (a) browse and (b) search videos and articles created by a sports journalist.

The design is required to render flawlessly on all major browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and Edge) and mobile devices.

At a minimum, the design is required to include:
1. A search box where users can enter their search queries
2. A list of search results (i.e. YouTube videos and/or news articles)
3. A means to filter search results (e.g. based on video/article categories, publishing dates ... etc.)

The above-mentioned is only the bare minimum though. I expect the designer to add their touch and propose creative ideas/concepts.

I need the web designer to to deliver markup (HTML), styles (CSS), and media assets (e.g. icons, background pictures). I only expect a design, not a fully functional web app. I also have a preference for Tailwind CSS but I am open to other suggestions.
