    that fixed price mentioned by you is not even fit for a single page website.

    Do let me know your actual budget?

    And also confirm if you just want a basic contact form for clients to request price quotation or you want a custom detailed feature where users answer multiple questions and at the end get the price estimation on the screen as a result? Because that feature will have its own cost other than the basic website cost.
