I need a shopify

Basically designing a shopify with my logo, my brand colours flowing through the website, Ill also need a count down on shipping when people add to cart free national shipping is over over $45 and id also like videos on how to use the soaps at the bottom and basically the whole aesthetic.
I have added the products and bought the domain already.
One time Job, not too hectic I just don't have the time.
My budget is flexible but it depends on what you can do for me in terms of service with real life examples.
